Shipping Times

Orders will be shipped the same day if ordered before 9:00 a.m. MST weekday. A weekday is Monday through Friday. If your order was placed after 9:00 A.M. Mountain Standard time, your order will ship the next business day. If your order is expected to be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. WBP does not ship items on Saturday or Sunday, orders placed on either of these days will not ship until the following shipping day. We support manufactures offering their products a warranty. If for some reason the warranty of a product is in a effect, we will work with you and the corresponding manufacture to solve the warranty concerns.

How long to receive my Order? 

All orders are shipped using economy shipping. If you wish to expedite your order please email us at team@wbp.marketing Please take notice that shipping time refers to business days and does not include weekends. WBP has no control over your order once it has been shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

My order arrived Damaged, Delayed, Mis-shipped Items

We strive to send your order in a proper fashion, making sure it arrives in new condition and in a timely matter. Unfortunately, occasionally there may be errors or damage. Please contact us within 2 business days, 48 hrs, of the time your mis-shipped or damaged package arrives in order for us to work with carriers to correct the issue. WBP is not responsible for delayed items and the issue should be taken up with the courier.

A Incorrect Shipping Address was Given

If a delivery address that is incomplete or requires correction by the delivery company is given, a correction fee will be charged. If a address that is not a deliverable is provided, a charge for the original shipping and the return shipping will be assessed.

Returns & Exchanges

WBP will only offer a credit to the originally used card that the purchase was made. All orders are subject to the manufactures return policy, if the product does not qualify under the manufacture return policy, the product will not qualify for a return and or exchange. WBP is not responsible for products returned until we have signed for them, please use Signature Required to ensure we have received the product was received by us. Shipping and Handling fees are not to be refunded on orders that shipped on our Free Shipping offer. If your return is made 30 days after the purchase WBP will require you to be issued in store credit. Products that are used or blemished are not allowed to be returned unless it is under a defective state. In order to return an item the product must be in new condition, with original tags and packaging. How do I Return/Exchange a Product?

Email team@wbp.marketing to check with WBP to make sure the product is qualified for a return. WBP will then give you further directions on where to send the package to. Please make sure the product is in new condition with original tags and packaging, or the product will be retuned to you and a shipping fee will be assessed. WBP is not responsible for shipping fees to return/exchange a product.

Cancelled Orders

You are allowed to cancel your order up until WBP has shipped out the package or sent your order to the manufacture, once this has occurred, the return policy for WBP and or the manufacture is to take effect.

Drop Shipping?

Many of our orders are dropped shipped directly from the manufacture. This means your order is placed with us and then the manufacture ships the product directly. If your item is dropped shipped, the manufacture’s return, exchange, warranty or refund policy is in effect.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated on your credit card, and the credit card company declines the request, a charge of $35 will be assessed to you.
